Finally a waterproof liquid liner that glides on with ease, won't smudge or run, and stays in place until you say when! I love this. I use it in Jade which is not as harsh as black. If I put a little powder on eyelid before applying, this will stay put all day and not fade. I've repurchased several times. Love it. Stays on all day, precise, and creates a nice crisp line. Perfect for creating a wing tip. My only criticism is it has a shiny finish and I wish they had a matte version. Shake well before use. Sweep pen along lash line. Use the tip of the pen to create a thin, clean line. For a thick, bold line, position pen at an angle and apply with slightly more pressure. Build to intensify colour.
